Submission guidelines

This call for papers is divided into two phases.

Step 1

For the selection phase, contributors are invited to submit an abstract of their paper.

Proposals in English or French should be between 3000 and 5000 characters in length, including spaces.

They should indicate the theme(s) of the conference to which they relate, as well as five keywords. They should specify the subject of the paper and its main issues.

They should also specify the names of the contributors and their affiliations or organizations.

Proposals must be submitted by April 20, 2026 (included) at the latest via this platform ("new submission" page).

Step 2 

The selected proposals will be announced at the end of April. Full articles, in English or French, are expected to be submitted by mid-July 2026.

More information on the format of full articles will be provided in due course.

 

Communication formats 

Three formats of communication are planned, in English or French:

- Oral communication (20-minute presentation) ;

- Scientific poster (the contributor will be responsible for printing the poster) ;

- Participation in a panel discussion or workshop.

If the proposal is accepted, the format will be announced at the end of April. 

 

Conditions for participation in the conference

Lunch and dinner on Thursday evening will be provided for each contributor by the conference organizing committee.

Transportation and accommodation costs must be covered by each contributor's laboratory or institution.
